Lakewood man charged with vehicular manslaughter

ELLERY, NY (WIVB) –  Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies have charged Jude Gagliano, 29, with vehicular manslaughter following a fatal crash on September 2, 2016.
A warrant was issued for Gagliano, who lives in Lakewood, in connection with the crash at Sinclair Drive and Route 389 in the Town of Ellery.
He is charged with vehicular manslaughter in the 2nd degree, driving while intoxicated and failing to stop at a stop sign.
Charles Clutter, 22, of Stockton, died in that crash.
