Lake effect snow hits Chautauqua County

FREDONIA, N.Y. (WIVB) – As parts of Western New York brace for more winter weather, some people in Chautauqua County are already digging out from the first round of the snow.
Depending on where you were in the county, you would have seen snow piling up pretty quickly at some points Thursday morning.
