Lake Effect Snow creates difficult driving conditions in Chautauqua County

MAYVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) – Residents in Chautauqua County spent Monday morning digging out from yet another round of Lake Effect Snow.
The heavy snow, which was being blown around by the wind, reduced visibility on the roads, at times making travel very dangerous.
The wind has also made it feel that much colder outside, making it miserable for people who have to work outside in this weather.
