Lackawanna terror suspect set to be arraigned

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Arafat Nagi, 44, is scheduled to be back in a federal courtroom Monday morning. He is set to be arraigned on a two-count indictment handed up by a federal grand jury last week.
Nagi has been indicted on two counts of attempting to provide material support to the terrorist group ISIS. He has been held without bail since his arrest when the federal complaint against him was unsealed July 29.
