Lackawanna terror suspect pleads not guilty

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Arafat Nagi, 44, pleaded not guilty in a federal courtroom Monday morning. He was arraigned on a two-count indictment handed up by a federal grand jury last week.
