Keep calm and chalk on

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) —For the past four years artists having been showing off their talents in a non-traditional way. It’s called the Sweet Chalk Festival. Thousands travel to Lockport to see the masterpieces created.
When you think of chalk you may think of pretty colors, summertime fun as a kid, or a teacher you may have had in grade school. Fifty artists both local and from afar think of it much differently. They view chalk as a tool to bring drawings to life.
