Kaisertown standoff ends with arrest

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)-  SWAT and Buffalo Police responded to a call of man barricaded with a gun inside a building in the 1900 block of Clinton St.A heavy Buffalo Police presence was in the area and multiple streets were blocked off for over two hours.The suspect was taken into custody on Barnard Street around 1:30 p.m.The standoff happened in the same area that a Williamsville man was shot around 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
