Kaisertown community on edge after uptick in property damage

(WIVB) -- Local businesses on Clinton Street in Buffalo's Kaisertown neighborhood reported that their storefronts have been damaged in recent weeks, with bricks and rocks smashing their front windows.From homelessness to property damage, business leaders in Kaisertown want a number of problems addressed by local officials.
