Judge sets bail for South Buffalo rape suspect

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- An accused rapist in South Buffalo can be free on bail, if he can come up with a million bucks.
City Court Judge Betty Calvo-Torres went to ECMC Tuesday afternoon to arraign Timothy DiCenzo on charges of first degree rape and robbery in connection to an attack on a college student in Hillery Park November 3.
The judge set bail at $1.2 million and scheduled his next court appearance for this Friday morning in City Court.
