Jackknifed semi-trailer closes I-190 North

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A semi-trailer jackknifed Friday night, closing the I-190 North beyond Exit 16 in Tonawanda, according to NITTEC.
NITTEC first reported the crash at 8:28 p.m. The vehicle was upright, but partially blocking traffic.
