ISIS threatens NYC in new propaganda video

NEW YORK, N.Y. (WIVB) — A new video released on Wednesday by members of the media arm of the Islamic State is raising the alarm in New York City.
The new video utilizes still photos to depict Times Square in New York City, the building of an explosive device, then a man carrying the explosive device inside a jacket.
Although the video implies the Islamic State terrorist organization will attack Times Square, the group also released a video threatening to attack Washington, D.C.
