Investigation 4 years in the making nets homicide arrest

GREAT VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) — After four years of investigating the death of Henry Ackley, police in Cattaraugus County say they know who is responsible for the murder.
Officers announced on Thursday they have filed charges of second-degree murder against Jaron Ruth, a 24-year-old Buffalo man, for allegedly breaking into Ackley’s home in September of 2012 and gunning him down.
