House Ethics Committee has ‘substantial reason to believe’ Collins ‘shared material nonpublic information’

WASHINGTON (WIVB) — The House Ethics Committee says they have “substantial reason to believe” Clarence Congressman Chris Collins “shared material nonpublic information.”
Collins’ representatives told News 4 in July that the committee was looking into Collins’ investment in an Australian biotech firm.
