Hospital robbery suspect’s case moves forward to County court

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – A 24-year-old man who is accused of holding up Eastern Niagara Hospital to get drugs last month remains in jail after an appearance in Lockport City Court Monday morning.
The Lockport City Court judge agreed to hold Adam Kibler’s case for Grand Jury action in the County Court system, because it involves a felony charge. Felonies must be handled at the county court level.
