Honor Flight Buffalo will be missed

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- The mission was to bring as many local World War II veterans as possible to see the WWII Memorial in Washington DC.
The mission was almost complete and on Friday the founders of Honor Flight Buffalo announced that it is dissolving.
Ken Sutherland is 91 years old and treasures the memory of taking the flight last May. “What really got me is the young people that came and shook your hand.”
