Holiday Valley to close for skiing and riding this weekend

ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) — Snowboarders and skiiers will not have a chance to hit the slopes at Holiday Valley this weekend, as the weather will be too warm and rainy this week.
The closure lasts from Dec. 3-4. The resort plans to make snow on Friday and Saturday nights, and possibly Sunday too.
Because of cold weather expected next Wednesday, Holiday Valley plans to reopen the following Friday, Dec. 9.
