Holiday Valley Resort reopens for winter season

ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y (WIVB) — Holiday Valley ski resort reopened for the season Saturday.
In just a matter of 72 hours the slopes turned into a winter wonderland.
Last year, winter enthusiasts didn’t make it out to the slopes as much because of the mild winter.
“I got out about five times and two of the times was like two or three slopes open so it wasn’t that fun, ” said Alex Czechowski, snowboarder.
This year, skiers and snowboarders are hoping to change that.
