BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Comparing the case to Al Capone, a notorious killer famously taken off the streets on an unrelated federal charge, U.S. Attorney William Hochul said it took a federal insurance fraud charge to get killer Ronald Epps off the streets of greater Buffalo.
