Heavy snow, slick roads causing delays, accidents

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Treacherous roads plagued western New York throughout Wednesday morning.
The video above was shot on Route 219 around 8:30 a.m. Average speeds on the road were reported to be around 40 mph. Just beyond Mile Strip Road, traffic was brought down to one lane after what appeared to be a spin-out accident.Another accident was likely caused by snow coated roads Wednesday morning.
