HEAP program opens November 16

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Home Energy Assistance Program or HEAP is federally funded program offering assistance with home heating costs and energy conservation.
Beginning November 16, HEAP will start accepting applications for the 2015-2016 year.
Those who do not currently have heat services activated, or have received a shut-off notice are encouraged to call the HEAP hotline at 858-7644 for additional instruction.
