BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Now that we’re in the new year, many people are focusing on eating healthier.
Registered dietitian, Mallary Whipple said if you want to gradually move towards a healthier lifestyle it’s important to focus on one small change at a time. For example, if you have a donut every day, rather than saying “no donuts for 2016,” every week try to reduce the number you eat.
