Hamburg spa to refund clients for outstanding $40,000 in gift certificates

HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) — Complaints filed to the Attorney General’s office worked in the favor of clients of Hush Day Spa in Hamburg.
Many former clients of the defunct spa were shocked to learn it had gone under in September with no notification to its customers, leaving those with gift certificates out of luck.
