Guinea declared free of Ebola transmissions

DAKAR, Senegal (AP) — The World Health Organization has declared the end of Ebola in Guinea, commending the people and the government on the achievement.
The U.N. organization is holding a ceremony Tuesday to mark the step forward in the West African country where the worst Ebola outbreak in history started in December 2013.
