Gov. Cuomo to speak at Buffalo State College Tuesday

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo will appear at Buffalo State College on Tuesday morning.
The governor will be speaking at the Student Union on a proposal related to free college tuition.
He is scheduled to appear at 10 a.m.
