Gov. Cuomo proposes $1B plan to cut, eliminate tolls
ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo proposed a $1 billion plan on Wednesday that would freeze tolls until 2020 as well as cut and eliminate some of them.
This is part of the fifth proposal of Cuomo’s 2016 agenda.
