Gov. Cuomo discusses free college tuition plan at Buff. State

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo appeared at Buffalo State College on Tuesday morning.
The governor spoke at the Student Union on a proposal for free college tuition.
Cuomo previously proposed the Excelsior Scholarship Program for students whose families make $125,000 per year or less. The program would allow those students to go to SUNY or CUNY schools for free.
