FSU settles with Jameis Winston’s rape accuser

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WFLA) – The Florida State University announced they will settle the Title IX lawsuit with Erica Kinsman, the woman who accused the former FSU quarterback Jameis Winston of rape.
She filed the lawsuit against the school asserting that FSU violated federal law be refusing to investigate and by covering up her accusations of a sexual assault, according to Kinsman’s statement.
