Friday is ground-breaking day for new YMCA facility in Lockport

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – Friday marks the ground-breaking for a long-awaited new YMCA facility on Snyder Drive in the Town of Lockport.
The new 52,000 sq. ft. facility will replace the current facility on East Avenue in the City of Lockport.
It will feature a full-size gymnasium, six-lane swimming pool, a shallow pool with a splash pad, an indoor running track, a steam room and sauna, two exercise studios, a childwatch room and a children’s “adventure center”.
