Four 14-year-olds arrested for stealing car in Lockport

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Four 14-year-olds have been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged theft of a car in Lockport earlier this week, New York State Police said Tuesday.Police said they saw the car, a 2002 Toyota Camry, fail to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Ohio Street and West Ave. just after 3 a.m. on Sunday.Police tried to stop the car and the teens allegedly took off, stopping when the car hit a fence on Vine Street. All four of the teens fled on foot and we
