Former NY Chief Judge Kaye passes away
ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) — Former New York Chief Judge Judith Kaye died Wednesday night.
Kaye was the first woman Judge and Chief Judge in the New York Court of Appeal’s history and served for more than 25 years.
