Following delays, $35M Niagara Falls Hyatt project moves forward

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — One of the largest development projects in decades in Niagara Falls is clear to begin construction and resume the development process, Governor Cuomo’s office announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Hamister Group, LLC reportedly has secured financing for the $35.7 million build which will eventually see the Hyatt Place Hotel in Niagara Falls become a reality. The large hotel will span 111,000 square feet and hold 128 rooms.
