Fire engulfs barn in Town of Porter

TOWN OF PORTER, N.Y. (WIVB) — Deputies with the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, along with firefighters from Ransomville and Youngstown, responded to a barn fire in the Town of Porter around 2:40 a.m. Friday.
Authorities say the Youngstown-Lockport Road fire had fully engulfed the 40×50 barn by the time they arrived. Fire companies were able to extinguish the flames.
It is not known what started the fire or how much damage it caused.
