Fire destroys home in Cassadaga Sunday afternoon

CASSADAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A family already dealing with cancer lost their home and belongings in a fire in Cassadaga Sunday afternoon.
The fire happened on Bruyer Road.
No one was home at the time of the fire and no one was hurt.
News 4 learned the homeowner’s 10-year-old daugher was diagnosed with cancer two years ago.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
