Fatal rollover crash in Alden closes part of Route 20

ALDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) – A fatal rollover accident in Alden closed part of Route 20 for several hours Monday. The road (Broadway) is still closed from Virginia to Two Rod Road for an “undetermined” amount of time, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office says.
The crash involved two vehicles on Broadway near Virginia. It occurred around 3 p.m. when an eastbound vehicle crossed over the center line and struck a westbound vehicle.
