FanDuel suspends operations in New York State, DraftKings perseveres

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) — Embattled fantasy sports company FanDuel announced on Tuesday it will no longer allow New Yorkers to spend money on fantasy services.
The move comes a day after they failed to secure a temporary restraining order that would have blocked New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman’s actions, banning them from New York State.
