Family’s new home will make life easier

TOWN OF DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. (WIVB) — Last fall, the Petersons donated their van equipped with a wheelchair lift to a local family in need. Nearly a year later, the Petersons, of East Pembrooke, were rewarded with a home.
Work got underway earlier this summer to build Audrina Peterson and her family a wheelchair accessible home. It continued this week, as crews poured the foundation for what will be an important step up for the local family.
