Expanded ferry service between Canalside and Outer Harbor

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The bike ferry at Canalside was a huge hit last summer and now lawmakers look to expand the service to meet the demands of its customers. The new goal of the bike ferry is reliable and predictable.
