Evaluating EMS dispatching across Erie County

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Is there a better way to dispatch emergency medical calls and ambulance transports in Erie County?
Jeff Bono, vice president of Lancaster Volunteer Ambulance Corps, says yes.
