Erie County working to spread awareness of Yellow Dot program

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Erie County Sheriff’s Office and its partners say they are going to spend a year trying to enroll people in the Yellow Dot program.
The Yellow Dot program’s goal is to help first responders who need to provide immediate medical attention to crash or other emergency victims. The point of the campaign is to get people to place Yellow Dot decals on vehicle windows — specifically, the rear side window on the driver’s side.
