Erie County DA fighting to get murder conviction reinstated

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The family of a 5-year old boy who was murdered three years ago may have to endure the pain of another trial. That’s because an appellate court overturned Matthew Kuzdzal’s 2014 conviction on a technicality.
