Erie County Court building evacuated

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Erie County Court building on Delaware Ave. was evacuated Tuesday when smoke was seen on the seventh floor.
The smoke came from elevator repair work.
A representative of the building said people had to wait for the smoke to clear before they were let back in.
