Erie County Comptroller attacks county budget

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Erie County Comptroller is accusing county leaders of creating budgets with “smoke and mirrors.”
Stefan Mychajliw released a report Tuesday that focuses on the 2016 budget and the proposed 2017 budget.
