Emergency sessions in Niagara County: one problem solved, bigger problem looms

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – Niagara County lawmakers held emergency meetings, Monday night, for several reasons, among them:to approve a new contract with a private company to provide medical care for the county jail, and to get briefed on a looming ambulance crisis.
