Electrical fire at Hutch Tech forces students outside

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Students at Hutchinson Central Technical School in Buffalo had a shortened day of classes Thursday, but their actual day remained the same length.
The reason? — An electrical fire that kept students outside during the first part of the day. The fire happened at the school around the time students were arriving for class.
