Elba man charged with allowing underage drinking at party

ELBA, N.Y.  (WIVB) – A 69-year-old Elba man was charged with second degree unlawfully dealing with a child following a party at his Transit Road residence where he allegedly allowed people under the age of 21 to consume alcohol.
Kevin Dart, 69, of Elba, was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Elba Court by Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies.
