EJ Manuel to start Sunday, Taylor and Watkins will not play

LONDON, ENGLAND (WIVB) — It is confirmed that quarterback Tyrod Taylor and wide receiver Sammy Watkins will not be playing in Sunday’s London Bills game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Backup quarterback EJ Manuel will be starting in Sunday’s game instead of Taylor.
