Early bar closing lives for another vote
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A proposal to close bars in Erie County got new life Thursday with a final vote set for Feb. 4.
County lawmakers came up with a compromise today that will allow a public meeting on whether to close bars at 2 a.m. instead of 4 a.m. That meeting will be held on Jan. 28 at 1 p.m. before the Finance and Management Committee.
