Dyster confirms tight win in Democratic primary for mayor

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster has declared a very slim win in the Democratic primary.
Dyster received 51 percent of the votes, with challenger Glenn Choolokia gaining 49 percent.
Dyster is attempting to get re-elected for a third term.
It took more than a week for all absentee ballots to be tallied.
