Drone racing “buzzing” into Buffalo area

HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) —  There’s a fast growing sport making its way across the nation. Drone racing is now “buzzing” into Western New York as racers took to the skies this weekend. These small but very high tech drones pack a punch. They weigh less than a pound, and can reach speeds of more than 70 miles an hour.
Drone racers had the chance to race and show off their up and coming sport at the Flying Knights Scale Rally in Hamburg.
