Drivers tackling treacherous road conditions

NORTH COLLINS, N.Y. (WIVB) —  Black ice remains a major concern for many as they head out Sunday evening, tackling the roads.
The county, city and state are all working together as this first band of lake effect snow starts moving through western New York. Plows and salt trucks are making their round but drivers say the roads remain treacherous.
